COVID-19 Update

 

With the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to give you an update on order statuses. We are doing everything we can to keep our valued customers updated with the most recent information. Our company is processing orders, as usual, however  there could be some possible delays in shipment times.

We are an American company but we operate globally, and we have warehouses in several countries. As you know, some countries have begun to impose travel restrictions - and that could mean a delay in shipments. We are constantly in contact with our warehouses to get the most updated information possible, but with the spread of the virus  it is difficult to pinpoint exact shipping times. 

First — we wanted to ensure you that all items that you will receive with our company are safe. The coronavirus is spread most often by respiratory droplets and does not survive on objects, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. There is no need to worry about your order being compromised. We still recommend wiping down all packages to add an extra layer of safety.

Secondly — your order has already begun the shipment process. We just ask for your patience as we are working diligently to get your order shipped to your door as soon as possible. We are exploring options to expedite packages as quickly as possible.
