The coronavirus outbreak and everything else that followed has steered us into unchartered waters. As the pandemic developed, more and more restrictions were put in place. Flights were grounded, delivery services were limited to essentials, and many staff were forced to stay at home - including the people who help to get your glasses delivered. We’ve all had to adapt to find new ways to get things done. 

At Kooper, our aim has always been to offer free worldwide shipping, but with many countries “closing shop”, so to say, we’ve had to regrettably stop shipment to certain countries until further notice. Other countries are still accessible, but shipping has been delayed in some areas.

While we are trying our best to get your deliveries out as soon as possible, we also know that sometimes it’s just not fast enough. We know you love our brand, you trust our quality, but you need a product.

A Heartfelt Apology

For that reason, we’d like to firstly apologize, while most of this is outside our control, our number one priority has always been our customers. Not being able to meet your expectations has been hard for us. 

Full Refund for Delayed Orders Placed Before the 15 of April

However, an apology doesn’t solve the problem. No one who ordered their Kooper glasses before the 15th of April could have foreseen the situation we now find ourselves in, and our normal delivery time is only 2 - 4 weeks. 

This affects thousands of our customers across the globe. The glasses will be delivered eventually, as soon as the restrictions are lifted, but that could take some time and will vary depending on the country you live in. Hence, if you ordered before the 15th of April and you’ve been waiting more than 7 weeks for your delivery, we’d like to offer you a full refund

New Orders - Restricted Countries

Our ultimate goal will always be to offer free worldwide shipping, but until restrictions are lifted a number of countries won’t be able to receive their deliveries. For that reason, we please ask that you contact us first if your country isn’t listed for delivery at the present moment. We aim to keep you informed of any new developments - should the situation change, we will immediately update the list and send out a notification.

New Orders - Non-restricted Countries

Starting on the 16th of April 2020 we decided to only ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, Spain, the UK and the US (50 States). As mentioned, this is only a temporary situation until everything gets back to normal. Customers in these countries can still enjoy free shipping and we’ve sped up the delivery time to 10 - 15 business days. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will keep you up to date on your delivery.

Thank you for your continued support and patience.  Our first prize is to deliver a quality product fast and free, but if we can’t do that, you can rest assured that we won’t hesitate to issue a full refund if something happens that is completely out of our hands.
